Cool Ecru is lightweight but strong and stable,with a wonderfully malleable drape quality that is easy to wear, windproof and lightly showerproof. Water forms beads and rolls off when tested. It will form full pleats and gathers, perfect for creating voluminous costumes and carnival wear/cosplay.
