Inspired by her mother Kathleen, designer Chris Schulte of Green Light Quilts created Kathleens Story as a heartfelt quilt filled with warmth, balance, and timeless appeal. Soft tones of sage, coral, dusty blue, butter, and gentle neutrals come together in a palette that works beautifully year-round.

This quilt is completed using a combination of traditional piecing and applique, offering variety while keeping the sewing process enjoyable and approachable. High-quality quilters cotton prints are used throughout the project, with fabric substitutions matched as closely as possible to the original design.
