This cotton thread from Japan is perfect for sashiko and other stitching projects.Made from 100% cotton, the thread is strong and softwith a traditional matte finish. It is similar in weight to #8 pearl cotton.

Each skein contains 22 yards (20 meters). In addition to sashiko, this thread works well for decorative hand quilting, visible mending (boro), and hand embroidery.
